In cooperation with our overseas partners we are glad to present a new employer service: free recruiting tours.
We organize job fairs and recruiting tours in Europe, Asia and Latin America where any US employer can participate and choose the right
seasonal employees.
More, we pay all your travel and accommodation expenses.
Imagine you have an opportunity to travel in any country of the world, where especially for you a job fair will be organized.
You will present your company and personally interview the applicants. You will assess the applicants required language and professional skills.
You will personally make a decision to hire every international applicant.
All recruitment tours are completely free for employers. United Work Programs will pay for:
-your round trip airfare
-hotel accommodations
-meals
-ground transportation
We do not charge our employers.
To be eligible to participate in a free H2B recruiting tour you must:
-be able to hire at least 25 H2B workers from a foreign country (recruiting tours are currently organized only for hiring H2B program participants)
